Booking
Contact us for a no-obligation quote. Significantly we deal directly with both collection and delivery addresses, providing time slots to both so you don’t have to.
Collection
Our driver/s arrive at the collection address, will complete a condition report straightaway and photograph the bike. He will make a note of any additional documentation, keys, parts and accessories. After this we will load and safely secure the motorcycle onto the van using wheel chocks, industry standard straps and full width ramps. In the event we are to collect one day and deliver later, we will securely store your motorcycle overnight in our fully enclosed holding facility. Locked, alarmed and monitored by CCTV.
Delivery
We arrive at the delivery address and carefully unload the motorcycle from the van, and place the bike in your preferred or designated area. Meanwhile the recipient signs to confirm receipt of the motorcycle, plus any additional documentation, keys, parts and accessories.

Liam Fletcher Transport Terms & Conditions
Upon collection of your motorcycle, a condition check sheet is completed which is signed by both parties.- Fixed payments are confirmed upon booking – These are based on the reliable information given by the customer. Should this information be incorrect, regrettably additional charges may incur.
- Cancellation made within a 48 hour before collection period is charged at 50% of the quoted price. Last-minute cancellation (24 hours or less) is charged the full quotation amount.
- Bank transfer payment is preferred. Cash is also accepted.
