Where will my bike be stored if it is not delivered same day?
- In our secure storage facility alarmed and monitored by CCTV for maximum protection.
Are you insured? Furthermore is my motorcycle covered for accidental damage?
- Yes, up to a value of £50,000. Forthwith, your motorcycle is fully covered whilst in our care.
How quickly can collection and delivery take place?
- We aim to complete standard jobs within 7 days. However faster services are available, for example an urgent rescue. Please contact us for more information
Is my motorcycle stored securely whilst in your care?
- Your motorcycle is kept in a secure CCTV-monitored unit if not specifically being delivered the same day.
What areas do you cover?
- The whole of the UK at the present time for prearranged collection and delivery. Our 24hr motorcycle breakdown recovery service is currently available in Gloucestershire and parts of Oxfordshire, Wiltshire & Warwickshire.
Can you transport other vehicles?
- Anything with (or without) an engine!
Which methods of payments do you accept?
- Bank transfer is our preferred method of payment. We also accept cash.
Is my motorcycle covered for loss or damage whilst being transported?
- Yes! All bikes insured up to £50,000 whilst within our care.
How long have you been in business?
- Our company has been operating since 2020 and we have met a lot of bike enthusiasts in that time.
Collection and Delivery Tailored Around You
Does someone have to be there for my motorcycle is collection and delivery?
- Yes please, someone needs to be present for both collection and delivery to advise and sign our driver’s paperwork.
Will my motorcycle delivery be on the same day as collection?
- This varies on a job-by-job basis. In general we endeavour to get all bikes in our care to their destination whenever possible.
Can you organise international transportation and shipping?
- I can offer advice for international transportation but do not offer this service at present. We can collect from UK posts and harbours.
