I couldn’t be happier with the service, from start to finish. At the beginning I received a competitive quote and during t he organisation of collection and delivery Liam was friendly, patient and very quick to reply to questions. He made the arrangements much easier to do. He sent me a couple of photos when he collected the bike (I’d not seen it) and kept me updated on the delivery, texting an hour away and again when 20 mins away. The delivery was professional and helpful, he even put the bike into the garage as I wasn’t there. I chose Liam Fletcher Transport as he had the equipment and knowledge to do it safely and take care of the bike. His quote was slightly more than others but I wanted someone who knew what they were doing with a van kitted out to do the job. Cannot fault his service or Liam himself.
